New Collection - Women in the World

A woman from one of the many Mong tribes in Northern Vietnam.

In 2013 I started traveling the world in order to experience these places and their cultures. It has only been one trip a year, typically 1-2 weeks long, and objectively this is hardly enough time or dedication to say that I have a representative set of images of anything. On the other hand, I have created a respectable set of images from both well-traveled and unique desitinations which include Cuba, Oaxaca, Barcelona, Portugal, Ireland, Japan, Mongolia, Italy, Morocco, Vietnam, Alaska, and Japan.

Lately I’ve begun to think about this collection less in terms of what makes these places stand out, and more in terms of what makes them more alike. So, I have begun to curate a collection of Women in the World which includes women in many roles, both close to home and far away.
